This blog is dedicated to my now three years of experience trying to get healthier through juice, raw and whole foods, and through what is now a quarterly habit of juice cleansing.  When I started my juice cleanses, the options were fewer than exist today and less was known, but I hope that the information I share can help others determine if the practice is right for them, and which ones might be the best fit.  Through the good (supreme clarity and weight loss) and the bad (headaches, emotionality, headaches) I’ll share my experience and my favorite juices to make the process easier for you!
